.SHOES.

Doesn't that word just make you sigh? It can make or break an outfit the same way that it can make you feel better just by knowing you got half your virtual closet filled with all kinds of colors, styles, and must-haves from your favorite designers.

Shoes also make a big difference when you want to take good pictures of a favorite outfit or a really smashing ensemble. Or, you simply want to strike a pose just because you feel like it. And with poses and/or animations come this annoying distortion of body parts, including your feet. Some, if not most, animations or poses have this tendency to screw up your ankle or the shoes you're wearing. Major bummer, no?

But before you pull every prim out of your virtual hair due to extreme frustration, let me show you a solution:

So, if you can get past the juvenile smiley faces and perky scribblings smothering the equally unattractive pair of boots, this is a really great product and worth every 50L that you'll pay for.

So, what are you waiting for?

GET IT HERE!

And while we're on the subject of fixing your shoes (boots in particular), I learned a rather useful trick over the course of expensive mistakes buying pairs of boots that just won't fit my herculean legs (I'm anal about proportions and I am not a purveyor of stick figures). You buy a really delicious pair of divine shoes, hurry home to rezz and open the box.. only to find that bits of your luscious legs are sticking out from the leg wrap. Insert expletives here.

INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOUR SHAPES ARE MOD.

Anyhoo, if there's flesh showing on either side of the leg wrap, the simplest solution is for you to play with the sliders under Appearance Mode. Under Legs, look for the slider corresponding to KNEE ANGLE. Depending on which side of the leg the flesh is showing, you can either go bowlegged or knock-kneed. Just make sure you use SAVE AS so as not to muck with the original shape and so you would know which one to use for a particular pair of shoes.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, concludes the first edition of Bargain Bin Fixer.

Stay tuned for more!
