I have a real soft spot for SL things that evoke nature, and costumes are no exception. DeadKitties has a remarkably unnatural take on the "its raining x and y" genre, offering a personal cloud, cute parasol, and flood of cupcakes and more cupcakes. It's one of several cute costumes offered for just 1 linden. You can find the costumes HERE.

The fabulous Eden Knoller tipped me off to these cute dollarbie pumps being offered by PixieKnickers. The dollarbie version is tinted candycorn orange; the shop offers 11 other colors. The shoes are shaped like dragonflies and paired with a dark swirly sock---the detail in the fine wings and the touched controlled fairy dust particles make for fun, eye-catching footwear. You can give these transfer_ok shoes as gifts for others too. Amuse your feet HERE.

Uh-Oh. I'm not looking very scary. Just minutes ago, I had the perfect Halloween growl, but an unexpected sale from Pixeldolls has me grinning like a cheerleader. Wayne Babii's Bellestar location (not the main store) has two dollarbie tops hidden in the shop, and each dollarbie comes with a gift certificate. A gift that keeps giving---go get yours, get a smile on your face, and then wipe it off quick for Halloween. We have appearances to keep, people. Get yours HERE.

I promise you that I was not molesting one of these mannequins. I was just
trying to see if I could pose like them and have my 15 minute modelling
fame.
They all look fierce and sultry. I just look... well, goofy. Fashionably goofy, if
I may add.
And no, you can't take the mannequins because they already went home
with me. We're now roomies and they're going to teach me the finer points
of hamming it up in front of klieg lights. But, you can be like them if you get
this alabaster white skin. I have absolutely no idea what you want to use it
for but I have a feeling this would be a good skin to use when I audition for
this coveted role of the white lady ( just put a blanket over your head and
you're good to go ). It's halloween, after all.

Elle and I were house hunting. And came upon this 4 amazing dollarbies:
First one on the list is a fully furnished Living Room.
Although the chairs have no pose balls, they're all menu driven so you don't have to look at endless balls floating over your furniture.

If you're business savvy and want to put up your own store, you can get a head start with this charming prefab store decorated in pink and black.

Heck, you can even have your own subway!

And after getting off from your subway, you can relax and watch a movie in your very own theatre.

WARNING: Super Flexi hair. And when I say flexi, it moves if you so much as blink. And whaddaya know... the hip teddy bear also has flexi hair! Also, my ARC count went up to more than 10k because of the little pet teddy. So forewarned if forearmed.
You want them? They're over at EXXESS . Hair comes with different head size options and highlights.

The ad confused me for a minute there so to answer your question, no, the outfit doesn't come with the dollarbie.

A modifiable skirt comes with these set of outfits I found at LUXURIOUS FASHION ...

I decided to liven up the prim skirt by re-texturing it to match the butter yellow top. Just hit your edit button and change the color to whatever you feel like. C'mon, you can do it!

There are some terrific dollarbies at MARS GELBER ECLECTIC. Seriously, this store is a poster child for major bargaineers so grab some unique outfits if you feel like saddling your inventory with oodles of goodies.

The hair I'm wearing is from HOH which was part of their monthly freebies (July or August, I think. For those of you who are wondering why it looks different, it's because I ate the frou frou feathers and realized that I could've died from a tragic case of hairball. Nevertheless, it looks so good every strand stuck between my teeth is worth it. Ok, if you don't believe I ate it, fine. Truth is, I really just stretched the black feathers to tiny little pieces and shoved them as far back in my skull as I possibly could. You all need to learn how to love the edit function, it could do wonders.

OTHER STUFF I THREW IN WITH THE DRESS:
Necklace and Earrings from SLINK (Lucky Chair Item)
Wooden Bangle from UM (Free)
Belt from Plus
Shoes from SKG (5L)
If the links are not available, it's either because I'm too tired to go grid hopping or they're no longer available. And on that note, I think I'll stop after this post before I blog everyone to oblivion.
